You must contact Reservations before midday, TWO working days in advance of your booking to notify us of any changes or cancellations. Bookings cancelled after this time are subject to a charge which could include any perishable food items that have been ordered or prepared, including items ordered through third party suppliers i.e. kosher meals or miscellaneous equipment to which we are committed.

We will always do our best to minimise any costs charged to you, however if food has been ordered or prepared this may result in a charge.
