Access Good2Go

Access to the Good2Go link at

Existing user

  • If you are a new user click on the ‘Sign up’ option, otherwise log-in using your Employee ID number or email and Good2Go password from previous registrations.

New user

  • Enter your Employee ID number. This can be found on the front of your security card.
  • Enter your work email address.
  • Create a password. Your password must have a minimum length of 8 and contain at least 1 number, 1 lower case, 1 capital and 1 special character.
  • Follow instructions sent to your e-mail to complete the registration process.

Home Page

  • After logging on the home screen will be shown, the account balance is displayed at the top right.
  • Six options are available.


  • Top-ups can be entered each time the account requires funds, or you can save a card securely for more convenient top-ups, or an AutoTopUp can be configured to automatically TopUp the account as the balance drops below a selected trigger value.

  • To carry out a manual top-up select your amount to be loaded from the grid of buttons.

  • To save a card for faster Top-up’s select ‘save this card for next time’.

  • Select the type of card you wish to use.
  • Enter the details as required and click ‘yes, I confirm my payment”.

  • If your card is registered, you may be taken to the Verified by VISA or Mastercard Secure Code web page where you will need to enter your secondary password.
  • Finally, you will be shown a message to indicate that your transaction was successful, and your account has been topped up, you will also receive a confirmation email.
  • You may use the funds immediately.

Auto Top-Up

  • Select ‘auto top-up amount’ from the dropdown box.

  • Select the amount to be topped up to your account (min £20 as an example).

  • Enter the last 4 digits of the saved card.

  • Users who configure an AutoTopUp can be given an overdraft facility of £5, the available balance will increase by the AutoTopUp amount.

  • Note there is no overdraft facility without using AutoTopUp.

Remove Auto Top-Up/Remove Card

  • Select remove Auto Top Up.

  • Select Remove this Card.

Manage Account

  • Click on ‘Manage Account’.

  • From this screen, you can change your email address and Password.


  • Loyalty awards (points) that have been accumulated associated to your account can be viewed via the website.

Account History

  • Click on ‘History’ to be shown your transactions, the most recent at the top of the page.

  • To view older transactions, click on the page box at the bottom of the list.
