How can I place my order online?

Step 1

Log onto your Good2Go as you would normally do via the internet and select ‘Order Items’.

(Your User ID is your Employee Number, which is shown on your security card).

Step 2

Choose the restaurant where you would like to place your order.

Step 3

Choose the items you would like to order.

Step 4

Place your order and make payment.


How do I pay for my order?

Your order will be paid from the balance on your Good2go account.  If there are not enough funds available, you will receive a message before you can check out, advising that you need to top-up your account.

Do I receive a confirmation after I have placed my order?

You will not receive a confirmation email but a pop up box on the Good2Go page will appear to confirm your order has been accepted. You can also view your order details within your account history on the Good2Go website

What time can I place my order?

East One: orders must be placed by 11.00am on the same day.
Lavanda: orders must be placed between 12:00pm and 2.30pm on the same day.

Where do I pick up my order?

East One: Your order, which will be labelled with your name, will be ready for collection any time after midday. You will find your order in the fridge where the desserts and fruit salad are located. Lavanda: When your order is ready for collection you will receive a call, please collect it from the till area.

Can I order in advance for the next day?

At present, you are not able to order food items in advance.

Who do I contact if I am not satisfied with my order?

Please contact the manager on duty in Lavanda (ext. 6192) or Square One (ext. 6089).

Can I change or cancel my order after I have paid?

You are able to change or cancel your order until 11am, please email Lavanda: Unfortunately, in this instance you are unable to change your order after you have placed it.
