Ordering Information

1. Please note that prices listed above are not including VAT.

4. A nominal fee of £8.00 will be added to the final bill if the hamper bags are not returned
within 5 working days from the date of the delivery"

Delivery of Hampers

There are several ways in which to deliver or collect the hampers;
(i) We can organise to book a collection taxi
The Catering team will deliver the hampers (and any other material) to the taxi driver at the designated time from Bishops Square. The taxi driver can arrange to meet a contact at the destination.

(ii) We can also arrange to deliver the hampers to ground floor reception so that you can collect these on departure to your event/ off-site
 We can also arrange to have a taxi meet you at your desired departure time
(iii) A confirmation number for any taxi booking and a contact numbers will be sent to the contact on the day in case there are any emergencies
(iv) Please note that for large orders (i.e. Over 8 people) the hampers may be too heavy for one person to carry so additional help may be required to collect and transport them to the venue.

Cancellation Policy

Allen & Overy Catering Cancellation Policy

You must contact Reservations before midday, one working day in advance of your booking to notify us of any changes or cancellations. Bookings cancelled after this time are subject to a charge which could include any perishable food items that have been ordered or prepared, including items ordered through third party suppliers i.e. kosher meals or miscellaneous equipment to which we are committed.

We will always do our best to minimise any costs charged to you, however if food has been ordered or prepared this may result in a charge.
